The terms and conditions apply to the use of the workingfrocks.co.uk website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions).
These terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check them regularly before ordering products as they are binding on you. If you do not wish to accept our terms and conditions, you should not use or access this website.
You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
You warrant that all details you provide to workingfrocks.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Your contract for purchases is with Working Frocks and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
You agree that, if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
Ordering with us
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch your Working Frock garment to you. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
Reasons for us to refuse to accept an order include, but are not exclusively limited to:
Goods not be available
Inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
Pricing or product description errors;
You not meeting our eligibility criteria, set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing and Delivery
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
Our prices are reviewed periodically.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by your in your order. If you have ordered more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If Working Frocks does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
All prices listed on workingforcks.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include VAT.
Cancelling an Order/Returns Procedure
If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ Button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in the shopping basket.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the following clause:
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing the goods have their original labelling and are in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required, unless:
The product has been used, worn or damaged;
The items have been discounted or are in the sales
The provision of this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
Workingfrocks will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, we shall replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 5 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. Your statutory rights are not affected by this clause.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements, or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of tent or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any an all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor dies it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:
Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated saving); or
Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
All of the designs displayed on workingfrocks are the company’s intellectual property and are automatically protected under design right. This means that the use of these designs for any purpose without or written permission would be an infringement of UK Patent Law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us. Images or content from this website may be printed out for legitimate use relating to the company.
Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as copying by other manufacturers or retailers) would entitle us to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages.
These Terms and Conditions of use are governed by the law of England ad you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
Workingfrocks designs are legally protected by design right and copyright law and cannot be copied.
Delivery and Returns
We want you to be really happy with your Working Frock, but should you need to return it to us, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing the goods have their original labelling and are in their original package.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, but we may, from time to time, run special offers on the website and bear the cost of postage (either delivery or returns or both) ourselves.
