Episode 20 – You, your personal style and hurry

LISTEN TO THE FULL EPISODE

This week’s podcast episode is all about hurry. How much are you hurrying and could you take a more leisurely, a more expanisve view of your own life, slow down and actually enjoy your life rather than just seeing it through the lens of a todo list.
This applies to your personal style and wellness too. Are you giving yourself unrealistic goals to lose weight, tone up or change your personal style? You might be rushing towards the future because you think it will be better there and that here, right now, is not good enough.
But maybe you should take your time and just be fine, be happy with where you are right now.
The book I referred to is ‘The ruthless elimination of hurry’ by John Mark Comer.
