Get your wardrobe organised: Creating a framework of what to wear every day.

Do you wake up in the morning and your heart sinks when you start to think about the day, about getting up, and what you are going to wear?

Does your day unravel before it’s even started?

Do you wish you could go back to bed and not have to face the day?

I know that feeling, which is why I recommend you choose your outfit the night before. If you do that, you have created a routine for yourself, one where your brain doesn’t have time to think, let alone object, to the day.

Prepare as much as you can the night before.
